Purchase and Receive Email: After purchasing your Dough Bowl Candle Refill from our online store or at the Dallas Farmers Market, a return shipping label will be emailed to you.

Inspect Your Bowl: Before sending your old candle container back, check for cracks or damage. Bowls do not need to be cleaned or completely free of wax; we will take care of that for you. If your bowl is not in acceptable condition, your order will be cancelled.

Verify Purchase Origin: Ensure that the original dough bowl was purchased from our online store or at the Dallas Farmers Market. Refills are only available for dough bowls purchased from these locations.

Ship Your Old Candle Container: Place your old candle container in a box and affix the provided return shipping label. The carrier information will be on the shipping label.

Confirmation of Transit: Once we receive confirmation that your old container is in transit, your new candle will be promptly mailed to you.

Enjoy Your New Candle: Upon receiving your new candle, simply place it in your dough bowl and enjoy the fresh, fragrant aroma.
